Scott L. Hengesbach

Scott L. Hengesbach is a Partner and Chair of the Toxic Tort and Environmental Law practice group of Murchison & Cumming, LLP. Mr. Hengesbach is a seasoned trial attorney, who focuses his practice in the areas of toxic tort and environmental litigation (including litigation involving soil and groundwater contamination, benzene, hard metals, silica, welding rods, mold and asbestos).  He is "AV" rated by Martindale Hubbell.
