Michael B. Lawler

Michael B. Lawler is a Senior Partner and currently serves as Co-Chair of the Employment Law practice group of Murchison & Cumming, LLP. In the past, Mr. Lawler has served as Co-Chair for the General Liability and Health Law practice groups. He focuses his practice on complex litigation cases involving general liability, employment litigation, construction injury, nursing homes and elder care abuse. Mr. Lawler has successfully tried over one hundred jury trials in the federal and state courts.

Mr. Lawler is a Past President of the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel. He is "AV" rated by Martindale Hubbell and has been recognized as a "Southern California Super Lawyer" in the area of general litigation. Mr. Lawler was featured as a guest speaker, discussing the nature of defense litigation and his practice specialties, on radio show "Champions of Justice," which aired across California.
