Mary C. Trinh

Mary C. Trinh is a Partner resident in the Los Angeles office of Murchison & Cumming, LLP. She is a member of the firm’s Emerging Risks & Specialty Tort Litigation, Products Liability, and General Liability practice groups, where she has defended and obtained favorable outcomes for a wide range of clients, including manufacturers, distributors, retailers, property owners and entertainment/media companies.

Ms. Trinh also specializes in the area of medical malpractice, and has achieved successful results in the defense of physicians, healthcare facilities and outpatient surgical centers. Her other areas of practice include general liability matters, landlord-tenant habitability claims, and skilled nursing facilities.

Ms. Trinh is a member of the California State Bar and is admitted to practice before all California State Courts, and before the U.S. District Court, Central District of California.

Ms. Trinh is a graduate of Southwestern University School of Law (J.D.), where she was a recipient of the CALI Excellence Award for Community Property, served as a member of the Moot Court Honors Program and was an Intramural Moot Court Competition Octa-Finalist. She also served as Academic Chair for the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association. Ms. Trinh received a degree in Economics, with a minor in English, from the University of California, Los Angeles (B.A.).

Ms. Trinh is fluent in the Chiu Chau dialect, and speaks conversational Mandarin.
