Mark A. Schenkman

Mark A. Schenkman is Of Counsel in the Los Angeles office of Murchison & Cumming. He brings more than 35 years of experience as a trial attorney, handling all aspects and types of personal injury litigation.

Mark obtained his bachelor's degree in political science from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) before earning his law degree from Pepperdine University School of Law. During law school, he clerked at a civil litigation defense law firm. Born and raised in Los Angeles, Mark has spent his legal career at well-respected defense firms giving back to his community. He finds the thrill and the challenges of trying a case in front of a jury exciting and works diligently to ensure that his clients feel they are a team, working together to resolve their cases successfully.

Mark is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates. Away from the office, he is an avid sports fan and attends UCLA and Dodger games. Mark also enjoys working out at the gym and spending as much time as possible with his dog and family. He wants to enjoy every day and live life to its fullest.
