Kenneth H. Moreno

Kenneth H. Moreno is the Partner-in-Charge of the San Diego office of Murchison & Cumming, LLP. Mr. Moreno handles a variety of specialty cases including employment litigation, professional liability, bad faith, general liability, construction defect, health law and medical malpractice. He serves as Co-Chair of the firm's Management Protection, Directors & Officers and Employment Law practice groups and he is a member of the firm's Executive Committee. Mr. Moreno has also handled business litigation and intellectual property. He is currently serving as National Coordinating Counsel for Riverstone, LLC. Mr. Moreno is AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell and was listed as a Top Lawyer in Products Liability by San Diego Magazine.
