Joseph Kang
Joseph Kang is an Associate Partner in the Los Angeles office of Murchison & Cumming and a member of the firm's General Liability & Casualty practice group. Mr. Kang focuses his practice on general liability, premises liability, contracts, employment litigation and commercial litigation. Mr. Kang's wide range of clients have included individuals, employers, non-profit entities, corporations, restaurants, contractors, rental car companies, grocery chain stores, and pharmaceutical corporations. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Mr. Kang worked as a Bodily Injury Field Claims Adjuster for Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company, so has seen general liability claims from many vantage points. After graduating from law school, Mr. Kang served for many years as Dean of Academics and Legal Program Director for the Southern California International College. Mr. Kang is active in the Korean community.
