Jessie A. Nudelman

Jessie A. Nudelman is a Partner in the Northern California office of Murchison & Cumming, LLP. She is an experienced trial attorney with a track record of success in jury trials, motions, and legal practice. Her expertise is utilized in a wide range of the firm’s practice areas, across multiple industries, including general liability, transportation, premises liability, construction and design defect, fire loss, wrongful death, and landlord-tenant disputes.

Over the years, Jessie has helped achieve countless successful resolutions in high-exposure cases throughout the state of California. She utilizes her strategic approach, finely tuned legal research skills, and diverse litigation background to help her clients take proactive steps towards successful resolution, both inside and outside of the courtroom.

Prior to joining M&C, Jessie gained valuable insight and experience working for nationally known insurance companies. She led litigation teams made up of assistants, paralegals, claims representatives, special investigators, and experts in a broad range of specialties. Jessie was the lead in attorney training for trial technologies, EUOs, and fraud. She provided instruction and coaching for lawyers regarding litigation, venue requirements, trial preparedness, and trial technology.

Jessie volunteered as a Santa Clara High School coach for the Santa Clara Moot Court Competition. She and her husband enjoy running local races which support the community. When away from the office, Jessie enjoys snowboarding, bike riding, running, kayaking, stand-up paddle boarding, hiking, and picnics with her husband and dogs, Buttercup and Moxie.
