J. Lynn Feldner

J. Lynn Feldner is an Associate Partner in the San Diego Office of Murchison & Cumming, LLP, a branch which she opened and established in 1990. Ms. Feldner is "AV" rated by Martindale Hubbell.  She focuses her practice in areas of general liability, medical malpractice, construction defect and product liability, and her practice includes substantial experience in complex litigation matters. Ms. Feldner has successfully defended individuals, small businesses and large corporate clients through all aspects of litigation including trials and arbitrations as well as achieving great results through the Alternative Dispute Resolution process. She was listed as a Top Lawyer by San Diego Magazine.

Ms. Feldner volunteered for the Legal Aid Foundation, handling matters in the area of employment law as well as interning for a lobby organization in Washington D.C.
