Heather L. Mills

Heather L. Mills is a Partner in the Los Angeles office of Murchison & Cumming, LLP, where she is a Co-Chair of the Emerging Risks & Specialty Tort Litigation practice group.  She is also a member of the firm's Products Liability and Professional Liability practice groups. Though Ms. Mills focuses her practice on products liability and professional liability matters, other areas of practice include commercial litigation, business litigation, transportation law, catastrophic tort and complex litigation. She has achieved successful results, in both State and Federal courts, for a wide range of clients, including manufacturers and distributors, public entities, transportation providers, insurance brokers and professionals, real estate brokers and professionals, and directors and officers of partnerships and corporations. Ms. Mills is a versatile trial attorney who enjoys the challenges of defending cases involving complex legal issues and significant damages. She is "AV" rated by Martindale-Hubbell and has been recognized as a "Southern California Super Lawyer."
