Gina E. Och

Gina E. Och is a Partner in the Los Angeles office of Murchison & Cumming, LLP. She focuses her practice in the areas of products liability, international law, public utilities, unfair business practices and consumer rights, intellectual property, entertainment/media companies, business litigation, and commercial litigation. In both state and federal courts, she has achieved successful results for a wide range of clients, including the defense of utility companies in wildland fire litigation, businesses in copyright and trademark litigation, and companies in unfair business consumer rights and class action litigation.

Ms. Och chairs the firm's Law & Motion and Appellate practice groups, in addition to co-chairing the Class Action, Consumer Litigation, and Intellectual Property practice groups. She is a member of the Wildland Fire Litigation practice group and the firm's Diversity Committee. Ms. Och formerly served as Chair of the firm's Hiring Committee.

Ms. Och has extensive experience in law and motion, including working as a Research Attorney for the Honorable J. Michael Byne and the Honorable Coleman A. Swartz of the Northeast District of the Los Angeles County Superior Court. She has handled several appeals before the California Courts of Appeal and United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, including working for the Honorable Ramona Godoy-Perez of the California Court of Appeal, Second District, Division Five.
