George V. Genzmer, III

George V. Genzmer, III, a retired Senior Partner of the firm, serves as Senior Counsel to the firm, providing his expertise for defense of firm clients involved in business litigation and D&O and professional liability litigation, including matters involving financial institutions.  He also represents London insurers who issue professional liability and D&O insurance policies in the United States.  Mr. Genzmer is "AV" rated by Martindale Hubbell.

Mr. Genzmer has served as speaker for the State Bar of California and Los Angeles County Bar on Lawyers Professional Liability Insurance and has provided testimony in front of the California State Legislature regarding Lawyers Professional Liability Insurance.  He served as a  Delegate to the California State Bar Conference of Delegates and was Sergeant of Arms.  He also has served as an arbitrator for the Los Angeles Superior Court, Special Arbitration Panel.

Mr. Genzmer is involved in the community and serves on several boards, including:
