Dan L. Longo

Dan L. Longo is a Senior Partner and Managing Partner of Murchison & Cumming, LLP. He serves as Co-Chair of the Health Law and Professional Liability practice groups. Dan's years of experience has established him as a leading authority in complex litigation, particularly in representing skilled nursing facilities, board and care facilities, and hospitals. His practice is diverse and extensive, encompassing medical and legal malpractice, insurance agent/broker errors and omissions, general liability, and directors and officers liability.
