Cynthia A. Palin

Cynthia (Cindy) A. Palin is Of Counsel in the Irvine office of Murchison & Cumming, LLP. She specializes in medical and dental malpractice and healthcare-related liability. Ms. Palin also has extensive experience in product and tort liability litigation.

Ms. Palin is detail-oriented and strategic in her approach to even the most complex cases. She is well known for her aggressive advocacy and ensures that her clients are fully prepared for the rigors of litigation. Recently, Ms. Palin successfully defended a dentist in a professional liability action, obtaining a defense verdict in an hour. She also successfully represented a plastic surgeon who was sued for wrongful death. Ms. Palin filed a motion for summary judgment supported by the expert declarations of a cardiologist, internal medicine specialist and plastic surgeon. The motion was granted and judgment entered in favor of her client.

In her time away from the office, Ms. Palin is on the Board of Directors of Cerritos Family Guidance Center, which delivers mental health services to low-income children and teens in southeast Los Angeles.
