Angela Davtyan

Angela Davtyan is an Associate in the Los Angeles office of Murchison & Cumming, focusing her practice on law and motion. Her legal background includes working at a boutique firm that handled employment and medical malpractice matters. Prior to joining M&C, Angela worked at a civil litigation firm handling real estate cases reforming and cancelling deeds of trust.

From a young age, Angela loved helping others and found many people faced difficulties simply because they were unable to navigate legal issues. After earning her B.S. in Business Administration from California State University, Northridge, she decided to attend law school to learn how to advocate for others. Angela attended Southwestern Law School, where she excelled in the top 20% of her graduating class.

During law school, Angela received the merit-based Wildman/Schumacher scholarship and the CALI "Excellence for the Future Award." She was the recipient of the Witkin Award for Academic Excellence in Immigration Law Clinic, where she volunteered to assist low-income clients under the supervision of clinical faculty members. Angela had the privilege to work as a Judicial Extern to the Honorable Suzanne H. Segal. Her strengths lie in understanding her clients' concerns and tailoring legal strategies to meet their needs.

Angela speaks Armenian fluently and can converse in basic Russian. Away from the office, Angela enjoys cooking and reading. She also loves spending time with her kids and finding creative activities to entertain them. Angela says that raising two sons has provided a new perspective and skillsets that have benefited her clients.
