Alan L. Trock

Alan L. Trock is a Senior Associate in the Los Angeles office of Murchison & Cumming, LLP and focuses his practice in the area of tort law. With more than 35 years of experience, Mr. Trock has a diverse background as a mediator and litigator.

Known for his ability to mediate a case and dissect the issues, he is able to thoughtfully advise clients on how best to seek a successful resolution. His clients value this pragmatic approach in dealing with contentious issues and, because of his trial background, the experience that is required to achieve a result in their best interest.

Prior to joining Murchison & Cumming Mr. Trock headed his own firm for nearly 20 years specializing in the representation of corporate and individual insureds in the areas of vehicular accidents, premises liability, and products liability.

Outside of his professional life, Mr. Trock is an avid golfer and reader who enjoys traveling with his wife. He also recently published his first novel “36 Hours to Save the President,” about an admirer of Abraham Lincoln who finds himself transported back to April 13, 1865, where he is advised he has 36 hours to prevent the President’s assassination.
