SAN FRANCISCO--Murchison & Cumming, LLP is pleased to announce that Matthew K. Wisinski has joined the firm as a Partner. Mr. Wisinski handles major tort, product liability and complex litigation matters out of the firm's San Francisco office.

Managing all aspects of civil litigation including trial and post-trial proceedings in the areas of catastrophic personal injury, premises liability and asbestos litigation, Mr. Wisinski is also experienced in business and commercial matters including real estate and commercial and residential landlord-tenant disputes. He counsels clients on risk management strategies, programs and defenses.
