Bryan Weiss to Speak at DRI Insurance Coverage and Claims Institute

CHICAGO—Bryan M. Weiss will speak on insurance coverage at the Defense Research Institute's Insurance Coverage and Claims Institute in Chicago, Illinois, being held from April 10-12, 2013.

Mr. Weiss will discuss the various defenses to coverage for intellectual property claims under the CGL policy's "Coverage B" and the applicability of policy exclusions in a presentation entitled, "Exclusions and Defenses to Coverage."
