Bryan Weiss to Lead Panel at USLAW Client Conference

TUCSON—Bryan M. Weiss will lead a panel discussion on insurance coverage at the USLAW Network Spring Client Conference in Tucson, Arizona, being held from April 4-6, 2013. The panel is entitled "Insurance Coverage for Intellectual Property and Business Torts: Coverage B and Beyond."

The panelists, which include attorneys with vast insurance coverage experience, will address the coverage issues presented by various types of intellectual property claims, business torts, and other claims likely to arise under a CGL policy's personal and advertising injury coverage.
