Wendy K. Anderson is a Senior Associate in the San Diego office of Murchison & Cumming, LLP where she focuses her practice on general liability.

Ms. Anderson relocated from Washington State where she had extensive experience representing clients in state trial courts and court of appeals as well as arbitration and mediation proceedings.

While attending law school, Ms. Anderson practiced as a Rule 9 Intern in the Child and Youth Advocacy Clinic representing children and youth within the framework of Washington State’s existing child abuse and neglect prevention system, representing foster care clients on family and education law, and juvenile defense matters.

After law school, Ms. Anderson became an associate with a small law office representing insurance companies in various subrogation actions and insurance defense matters for five years prior to joining Murchison and Cumming, LLP. Her first appellate decision from the Court of Appeals Division I, State of Washington, Docket Number 54285-2-I was in her favor.
