Robert M. Scherk is an Associate Partner in the San Diego office of Murchison & Cumming, LLP. Mr. Scherk focuses his practice in areas of professional & legal malpractice, general & product liability, and business & commercial law.
Mr. Scherk has tried more than 22 cases to verdict, and arbitrated or mediated hundreds more to successful conclusion. In 2003, Mr. Scherk was listed in the America's Registry of Outstanding Professionals, granted to individuals who have demonstrated leadership and excellence in their profession.
