Robert H. Panman is a Partner in the Los Angeles office of Murchison & Cumming, LLP, where he co-chairs the General Liability & Casualty Practice Group. Mr. Panman emphasizes his practice in the areas of construction, general liability and employment litigation. Other areas of practice include transportation, real property, and Civil Rights litigation. He has achieved success in both California and Nevada, for a wide range of clients in all aspects of litigation whether it be obtaining voluntary dismissals, success through mediations and arbitrations, or obtaining successful trial results. His wide range of clients have included individuals, employers and non-profit entities, as well as corporations in the entertainment and amusement industry, contractors and developers, homeowners associations, and rental car companies.
