Richard C. Moreno is a Senior Partner and Chair of the Transportation Practice Group of Murchison & Cumming, LLP. Mr. Moreno focuses his practice in the areas of transportation, product liability, general liability, warranty liability, and the defense of utility companies in wild land fire litigation. He specializes in the handling of catastrophic injury cases, including matters involving multiple wrongful deaths.
