Pamela Marantz is an Associate Partner at Murchison & Cumming, LLP and head of the Employment Law Practice Group in the Los Angeles office.

Ms. Marantz has represented non-profit, public and private employers in employment discrimination, harassment, equal protection claims and administrative proceedings before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Department of Fair Employment & Housing and other local administrative agencies.

Ms. Marantz also counsels employers in a myriad of sensitive personnel decisions, such as hiring, promotion, performance evaluation, discipline, compensation and discharge issues, reductions in force, exit incentive programs, releases, and leaves of absence. She conducts California state mandated sexual harassment trainings. Ms. Marantz regularly drafts employee handbooks for employers outlining personnel policies such as harassment, FMLA and mandatory arbitration policies.

Ms. Marantz is a frequent speaker and author on a wide variety of employment issues.
