Attorneys

Edward W. Seo is an Associate in the Los Angeles office of Murchison & Cumming, LLP where he focuses his practice in the areas of general civil litigation, business and transactional law, commercial litigation, commercial real estate, premises liability, and products liability issues.  Mr. Seo also serves as general counsel for the U.S. division of an international retail corporation.

Prior to joining Murchison & Cumming, Mr. Seo practiced in the areas of general civil litigation, construction defect, along with business and commercial litigation in representing construction companies, municipalities, and States in conjunction with the Attorney General's Office.

Mr. Seo was a former law clerk for the Orange County District Attorney's Office and worked as a Teaching Assistant for Legal Writing while in law school.  He also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Theodor C. Albert, United States Bankruptcy Court, Central District of California.
