Edmund Farrell is a Senior Partner, Chair of the Appellate Law practice group and Co-Chair of the Professional Liability practice group of Murchison & Cumming, LLP. Mr. Farrell has devoted his entire career to insurance defense litigation. He has represented attorneys, architects and engineers, insurance brokers and other professionals in the defense of various claims of malpractice, sexual harassment and breaches of fiduciary duties. Mr. Farrell also has been involved in the handling of over 200 appeals and writ petitions and has argued before the California Supreme Court. He brings both expertise and efficiency to the performance of sophisticated research and the preparation of top quality pleadings, motions, briefs and appellate documents. He also regularly handles matters for the London market.
