Daniel G. Pezold is a Senior Associate in the Construction Law Practice Group of Murchison & Cumming, LLP. Mr. Pezold is a member of the Construction Law Practice Group, focusing his practice in the area of construction defect defense, representing sub-contractors and general contractors in all fields of construction. Mr. Pezold also has extensive experience in insurance litigation, including bringing and defending declaratory relief and contribution actions, and defending bad faith actions.
