Dan L. Longo is Partner-In-Charge of the Orange County office of Murchison & Cumming, LLP. He is Chair of the Health Law and Co Chair of the Professional Liability Practice Groups. Mr. Longo primarily focuses his practice on representing medical malpractice, legal malpractice, insurance agent/broker E&O and directors and officers liability in a variety of litigation matters. He has substantial experience in construction defect involving a wide array of legal issues. Mr. Longo has represented clients in various industries having handled a variety of products liability matters for manufacturers and distributors.

Mr. Longo has defended many cases ranging from skilled nursing facilities, board and care facilities, to psychiatric hospitals. Mr. Longo has tried more than twenty-five cases to verdict, and arbitrated or mediated hundreds of cases to successful conclusion.
