Attorneys

Claudia Borsutzki is a German attorney resident in the Los Angeles office of Murchison & Cumming, LLP, and is a member of the firm's International Law Practice Group. Ms. Borsutzki specializes in assisting with the legal needs of Murchison & Cumming's German & European clients, involved in U.S. litigation and business transactions.

Ms. Borsutzki is a member of the German State Bar and the Bar Association of Düsseldorf in Northrhein-Westphalia. As the German State Bar belongs to the Counsil of the Bars and Law Societies of the European Union, Ms. Borsutzki is able to represent all German clients within the European Union. She is also a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates Inns of Court.

Ms. Borsutzki is a graduate of the Westfalische Wilhelms Universitat in Munster (equals J.D.) and became an attorney by passing the Second State Examination in Dusseldorf. She interned with Murchison & Cumming, as a Referendar from May 2006 to July 2006.
