Abraham Berger is a Senior Associate in the Los Angeles office of Murchison & Cumming, LLP, where he focuses his practice on general liability, premises liability and business litigation. Mr. Berger also has experience in the area of construction defect litigation. He has extensive experience representing clients in state courts as well as in arbitration and mediation proceedings.

While attending law school, Mr. Berger served as a judicial law clerk to the Brooklyn District Attorney's office, Narcotics Division. He has also served as law clerk in the Legal Counsel Division of the State of New York Administration for Children's Services.

After relocating to Los Angeles, Mr. Berger went into private practice where he primarily handled complex litigation and construction defect defense matters for the last 6 years prior to joining Murchison & Cumming, LLP in 2008.
